5 reasons why your body is not responding to your diet
Many people think that the
food which we consume will decide the amount of fat in our body. In fact, this
theory will not bring any changes in our bodies. Calories also have different
functions in the body. Calories from unsaturated fat and protein will make you
feel full for an extended period of time but calories
from simple sugars will digest very rapidly. Due to many miss perceptions,
people are avoiding food to get into shape. But low-calorie intake will slow
down the rate of metabolism to stop the overconsumption of energy and prevents weight
loss.
Skip the meals will be the
first word that comes when someone thinks about losing weight. The appetite
will be increased and decreased due to the chemicals released from our bodies.
The weight regulation system will maintain body weight by reducing the
metabolism rate, modifies the hunger to stop the body from consuming excess
energy. In simple words, you are fighting with your body where your weight
should be.
All these studies show the
results if you stop eating food. But there are way more different possibilities
from which you can get rid of the fat in your body. Many of them include only a
small twist in your daily routine. Maintaining good health with having food
that you love can be achieved by “Mindful eating”. Avoid watching TV, and talking
with others while eating are the beginning steps in mindful eating. Feel the
food have it with all your attention on it. Feel the taste, aroma and chew it
for more time.
Mindful eating will not only
help you lose weight but also you will come to about the amount of food which
you’re consuming. These will make you keep in a note about the food. Drinking water
has lots of benefits associated with it. Having water makes you feel full so
that you can eat less and moreover your body has 70% of water content in it.
Drinking water 1 hour before eating will give good results. Avoid drinking more
water after eating, this will affect digestion. Drink more before eating and
less after it.
Exercise
is also as important as eating food. But whatever might be you need to make
sure it should not cross the limits. Lifting more weights on the first day will
not give you the best results rather than ending up with body pains. Be
cautious of what you eat and what you do which will give the best results.
Don’t make exercise as an excuse for binge
eating.
Doing good exercise in the
gym and avoiding unhealthy food after the gym will be a good choice but the
remaining whole day spending by lying on the couch or sitting at your office
desk will not give you any results. Studies have proven that obese people will
tend to sit for more than 2.5hours compare to lean people. Working out hard to
build a body can be good but maintaining a healthy weight is also important. You can maintain a good health with proper body weight when you pay attention to everything which you do.
